Hard to say whether it is any good or not ... only time will tell. I have been using No.3 for a couple of years and must say it has made a big difference to the condition of my hair. So hopefully this extra step will do the same

The best product for damaged hair
I purchased the full size Olaplex No 0 and sample size No 3 for my hair after a trip to a new hairdresser caused damage to my hair during the highlighting process. This product is amazing, after only 1 treatment, the results were visible and my frizzy mess was restored to sleek and health looking hair. I will continue to use this product. I love it!!

I didnt personally find the number 0 any benefit, i love the Olaplex No. 3 is amazing, but the number 0,it says to saturate your hair, i just found it didnt go very far for the cost(3 times i got to use it) and didnt find it improved my hair any more than the number 3 on its own.

Really liked this, my hair is do soft
I have 3a-c hair I don't use heat or bleach but I haven't cut my hair in a year and it was starting to feel very dry, especially the ends. Its been about 2 weeks now and while I have still got a few split ends my hair is so so soft and healthy it looks amazing, I keep getting compliments on my curls having done nothing extra special on my wash day. It's also great that there's plenty left in the bottle for another application so I will use it again before Christmas.
