Patch tests are an easy way to help predict if you may experience a negative initial reaction to a new product. It is recommended to perform a patch test before incorporating any new product into your regimen. - Apply a small amount of the product onto a clean area of skin on the upper forearm.
- Keep the area dry.
- If the product has a specified duration of use, rinse off after this time has elapsed. Otherwise rinse off after 24 hours.
- If any redness, burning, itching, blistering or irritation is observed at any time throughout the test, do not use the product.

The best moisturiser I've ever used
My face is usually oily around the t zone but with scaly dry patches :woman-shrugging: making it hard for me to use foundation without looking like a lizard person. I started using this moisturiser about 1 year ago and had actual visible results within a couple of weeks. My skin no longer has dry scaly patches and the oily areas don't over produce anymore. I rarely use foundation now because my skin doesn't need it :blush:. I am 42 years old

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Moistures the skin really well and gently and I was worried as my skin is very sensitive. No scent, no color, no fancy packaging, but none of these are necessary, when it does the job so well. I like that it is for both morning and night use. Feels lovely and smooth on the skin.

Its good dont get me wrong but i just found it like every other moisturiser Ive used. Nothin special. A little goes a long way which is great but found myself topping up durin the day so it balances out really. Nice on the skin, absorbs well.

This cream is brilliant. It absorbs really fast and leaves the skin soft throughout the day. One of the best creams I have used. I use it in combination with the Buffet serum. Will be buying again for sure!

I am 54 years old and have recently switched to this product on my daughters recommendation, am very pleased with its effectiveness, and you only need a small amount. I have sensitive skin and have no adverse effects. Wish it came in a bigger size though.

I use this as part of a regieme. I put it on after hyraloronic acid or retinoid. It's perfect for that purpose. It absorbs quickly and is nongreasy. It's now firmly on my reorder list.

The Ordinary - The Buffet
I love this range - so affordable but with great formulations. I would love to see the extended range on Beauty Features. I have purchased 4 products for my regime and I am loving them. I bought the buffet, the moisturising factors+, rose hip oil and HA 2%. Love them and my skin is brighter and clearer - I cannot get enough of the Ordinary !

This is a nice basic moisturiser for the summer time. During the day I use it with a hydrating primer and it leaves my skin really soft and foundation sites well on top. At night I use it with a hydrating serum and add a few drops of rose hip oil - my skin loves it and feels so soft. It doesn't irritate my sensitive skin and I haven't broken out with it at all. The packaging is basic but I quite like it as it is hygenic and looks smart. Great price point as well.

Fair warning- I don't like this as a regular nighttime moisturizer. It's just not enough for my dry skin. However, I LOVE it as a foundation mix in. Absolutely beautiful texture, lightweight, not greasy, still glows. I also find that if in the summer for whatever reason I don't want to use one of my heavier moisturizers I can mix this with a few drops of an oil and it plumps it right up to a nicely hydrating day time moisturizer. So I mean, no, not the night cream I was hoping for, but I will totally still buy this again. Might even buy two to pop one in my purse!

LOVE IT!
Wonderful moisturizer! I use it on top of Ordinary Vitamin C suspension and it dissolves any graininess the serum has left on my skin. Moisturizes without making skin oily. Will repurchase!
