Advertising and Conversion Measurement
Where you consent to advertising cookies, we use advertising-measurement technologies supplied by TikTok and OpenAI. These help us understand whether advertisements result in actions such as visiting our website, searching for or viewing a product, adding an item to a basket, beginning checkout or completing an order.

TikTok Advertising
We use the TikTok Pixel, supplied by TikTok, to measure advertising performance, attribute conversions, optimise campaigns and, where permitted, create advertising and retargeting audiences.
When TikTok Automatic Advanced Matching is enabled, TikTok may automatically detect supported customer identifiers available on relevant pages, such as an email address, telephone number, name, city, region, postal code, country or customer identifier. Supported identifiers are normalised and hashed in the visitor’s browser before being transmitted to TikTok.
Hashing is a security measure but does not necessarily make the information anonymous. Hashed identifiers may still constitute personal data where TikTok can match them to a TikTok user.
TikTok may use matched events to attribute conversions, optimise advertising delivery and add eligible visitors to advertising or engagement audiences, subject to applicable settings and law.

ChatGPT Ads Conversion Measurement
We use the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel to measure actions that may be attributable to advertisements displayed in ChatGPT.
The OpenAI pixel may process conversion-event information, product and order information, the current website origin, timestamps and a privacy-preserving advertising-click reference. That click reference may be stored in a first-party cookie so that a later conversion can be attributed to an eligible advertisement.
Our current browser integration does not intentionally provide OpenAI with customer names, raw email addresses or raw telephone numbers. If we enable an advanced-matching feature in the future, we will review this policy and our consent arrangements before doing so.

Your Advertising Choices
TikTok and OpenAI advertising measurement technologies are activated only after you consent to advertising cookies. If you do not consent, or if you withdraw consent, our website is designed not to send future advertising-measurement events through these pixels.
Events blocked before consent are not subsequently replayed. Withdrawing consent does not automatically delete information already lawfully processed by an advertising provider.
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time using the cookie-preferences tool on our website. You may also be able to control personalised advertising through your TikTok or OpenAI account settings.
Disclosure of Personal Data
