How to Use
- Apply to dry or slightly damp skin.
- Dry skin gives a deeper scrub; damp skin feels gentler.
- Massage in circular motions.
- Focus on rough areas like elbows, knees, and legs.
- Add a little water.
- The scrub will turn creamy/ milky as you massage.
- Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
- Pat dry and moisturise.
- Follow with a body lotion or oil to lock in softness.
- Frequency: Use once or twice a week. Over-exfoliating can cause irritation.
