Frou - Supernavy

The fabulous, frilly, floral-inspired new FitFlop Frou piles delicate layers of folded suede ruffles top-and-centre foot. It’s fun and feminine and despite the visual frivolousness (which is admittedly a big part of its charm) - is engineered with the muscle-activating Microwobbleboard™ midsole, so you get a workout while you walk™ in it.

Fitflop Frou are built with the same technology as the other FitFlop shoes to provide you with:

 - Reduce foot pressure and pain from heel spurs

 - Help realign ground force reaction closer to your joints so you will feel less ache in your hips and knees

 - Help increase leg and bottom muscle tone

INSTEP SIZING INFORMATION
FitFlop footwear only comes in whole sizes. If your feet fall somewhere between, opt up a size if you have wide feet or a high instep, and down if you have narrow feet or a low instep. The upper bands on the FitFlop sandals do NOT stretch.

FIT
To ensure these SANDALS fit, push your heel into backstrap until curve of your foot’s arch lines up with curve of the sandal midsole and adjust the backstrap as needed. Then take 20-30 brisk walking steps in them and look at your heels to make sure they are not being pushed off the back of the footbed. If they are, the upper straps are too tight across your instep and you need to SIZE UP (if a size up seems too long for your foot, please try another style of our sandals).

It is normal to have some space between your toes and the front of the sandal.
