Apply either as a liner, kohl or eye shadow. Using as a liner; start at the outer corner of the top eyelid, at the base of lashes, drawing up ever so slightly in the direction of the tip of the eyebrow: the eyes will appear lifted, more open. Emphasise your eyes by drawing a line along the base of the bottom of your lashes from the outer to the inner corner of the eye. As an eye shadow, just simply blend with the Eye Liner Pencil for a softer look.
